Our mission is to provide the best value on all of our wine cellars and deliver them to your home safely and as quickly as possible. We understand that no one wants to pay for shipping, so we offer this service included in our prices!

After paying for your order online, the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery date and provide you with a time slot. 

When the carrier arrives, it is recommended to have the space free and unobstructed by the scheduled delivery date. Once delivery is complete, you must sign the delivery slip stating that you have received your order in its entirety, with no damage or defects. Any damage to the product not noted on the delivery note will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Shipping charges are included in the price at checkout online, but remote surcharges may apply to orders delivered outside of major markets and remote locations.

*However, Canada is a large and diverse country and wine cellars tend to be large and heavy, so unfortunately we are not always able to offer free delivery to all locations. If you are in a remote area or outside the territory, there may be additional costs and at that time we will contact you to proceed with your order. For more details on what is considered remote, see "What is considered remote?" below or contact us for more information.

*Major markets include Montreal, Quebec, Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver, Kamloops, Kelowna, Prince George, Courtenay, Nanaimo, Victoria, Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Hamilton, surrounding areas. Many other Canadian cities not listed here are also included. Please contact us for more information and to see if your order qualifies for this included delivery.  

What is considered remote?

On occasion, our carriers may consider a certain area based on postal code to be a "remote" delivery location. This is because the carrier does not make regular deliveries to these areas and scheduling dedicated routes requires remote delivery charges for these services. 

If your delivery address is in a "remote" delivery location, you will be contacted prior to dispatch, informed of the charges and given the option of accepting the order with the surcharge or canceling your order if you do not wish to continue.

Unfortunately, these fees are not negotiable. 

When do I need to be available for a delivery?

You must be available to accept your delivery on your delivery date between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. In most cases, the carrier will call you ahead of time to schedule a delivery date and time slot for your delivery. If you require a delivery time or day outside of the normal delivery window, you will be charged a fee. Please contact us to request a quote for a delivery time or day outside of the normal delivery time window.

Can I choose the delivery time or a specific date?

We cannot guarantee any delivery date or time. We estimate a transit time of 2-21 business days to our major markets and surrounding areas (delays may be expected for delivery to remote areas, Atlantic provinces, and territories).

We will do our best to deliver an order around a certain day or time, but as we rely on third party carriers to make deliveries, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery date or time.
